Services

Mold inspection, testing, remediation and restoration services are provided under a separate written estimate or agreement that describes the scope, schedule and price for your property. Florida licenses mold assessment and mold remediation separately under Chapter 468, Part XVI of the Florida Statutes.

Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are based on the conditions observed at inspection. Hidden conditions discovered once work begins — for example, damage behind walls — may change the scope, and any change will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law.
